1. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE Press and will be included in the IEEE Xplorer (indexed by EI).

 

2. Distinguished papers accepted and presented in MCC 2010, after further revisions, will be published in the special issues of the following international journals:

·  ACM Transactions in Embedded Computing Systems (TECS) - Assoc Computing Machinery(ACM) (SCIE)

·  Multimedia tools and applications (MTAP) - Springer (SCIE)

The 2010 International Workshop on Multimedia, Communication and Convergence technologies will be held in Cebu, Philippines on August 11-13, 2010.

The MCC 2010 will be the most comprehensive workshop focused on the various aspects of Multimedia, Communication and Convergence technologies (MCC 2010). The MCC 2010 will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of Multimedia, Communication and Convergence technologies (MCC).

In addition, the workshop will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories, modeling, and practical applications in MCC. Furthermore, we expect that the conference and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject.

Submission and Publications

There will be a combination of presentations including scientific papers. Prospective authors are invited, in the first instance to submit papers for oral presentation in any of the areas of interest for this conference. Authors should submit full paper with regular paper with 6 pages and short paper with 4 pages in length. Authors are strongly recommended to submit the full paper or the regular paper for further journal recommendation. The Conference Proceedings will be published by IEEE Press (IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing group) and all papers of the proceedings will be included in the IEEE Xplorer¢â (indexed in EI).

Please use the IEEE Conference Proceedings format (US letter size, available for download here: IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings) for submission.
